Recent discoveries in molecular biology have shown that your own intent directly affects your health through a powerful influence on metabolism.
So how can you use this knowledge to gain an advantage? The first step is to recognize your desire for change. Your mind and body will recognize if you are ready and willing to make a change. If you are really ready, your cells will interpret your intentions as a true cure. If your intentions are not sincere, they will be treated as background noise by your body.
If you are trying to feed yourself with the same old productive mindset, just apply a sugar coat and think again. For example, if you tell yourself that you will start an exercise program in the spring, what you really say is that these changes are not important to you now. You try to fool your own cells, which will never work. They are too smart. Who knows you better than you? You can't deceive yourself, but you can change yourself.
The most amazing thing about your brain is its adaptability. It fits your own thought process, through expectations, and always rebuilds, fixes, and then recreates itself. Thoughts are translated in your brain, and your body responds to this thought. What do you think you got.
Find out how your environment affects you. Proactively explain the incident because the way it is affected depends on you. Your perception of this influence is definitely something that affects you, not the event itself. It's important to only collect information that will help you recover
Your sincere intention must be your only concern. Become self-reflective and honest. Focus on how you think, how each thought flows into another, and how your thoughts interact. Intentions help to align your conscious mind with subconscious minds and beliefs. This makes it possible for each cell to work more efficiently to achieve the same goals of health and treatment. Your consciousness must be in sync with or consistent with your unconscious intentions.
Ask yourself, "What do I want?" If your answer is that you want to be healthy, then say it out loud. Shout, "I want health!" Let it resonate in your heart, this is your intention. This is what you expect. Focus on what is expected to happen. Your perception of the output can make a huge difference. Change any habits or patterns that are out of sync with your treatment plan. Only absorb information that is helpful to you. Let yourself know that you are focusing on the path of change. Then use your own intentions to give you the extra advantage of healing
