Useful weight loss diet

In our society, we are trained to get immediate satisfaction. I can't sit here and say that I don't feel guilty about this mentality because I prefer things that happen quickly and are told that I am an impatient person. This is sometimes good, but when it causes us to exit when we reach the goal, when the expected result cannot be achieved overnight, this is an example of short-sightedness and often prevents us from seeing the game until the end.

This is especially true for dieting. It took us months or even years to increase the extra weight we want to lose now. Although it doesn't take years to properly apply the diet, the results don't happen overnight, and immediate satisfaction seems to always evade those who expect it. In addition, for those who lose weight, they only need to regain weight in a few weeks or months, and will continue to follow this path to emotional and physical roller coasters. This is something that most people don't expect and is understandable.

If you know that you eat four or five times a week and you think it's an important part of your social life, cutting them all together will not have long-term goals. I got this conclusion from experience. My weakness is Chinese food. I used to go to my favorite Chinese restaurant every Friday. The food is great, but it is also very unhealthy. Therefore, after I finish eating, my energy will be reduced, and the visit to the gym will be delayed by one day.

I used to diet and boldly told myself that next month, I would not go to my favorite restaurant. At first, this is very useful. I have more energy and I feel very good. Soon after, in addition to eating Chinese food, I couldn't think of anything. When I was on the day of work, the pressure was even greater. Then I assumed that other things in my life would go south. I immediately bought a Chinese restaurant for comfort.

Undoubtedly, I did not eat temperately, but it seems that I am making up for lost time, and sometimes a week's diet has been erased. Instead, I realized that I should eat as a reward for the hard work of my diet for a week. When I feel as if I have earned it, I will only go out to eat. Now I am going out to eat Chinese food. As a result, I have reduced the number of visits per Friday from five times a week to once a week; when one realizes how much I like Chinese food, this is a commendable feat!

Therefore, when I spend a stressful day at work, I don't seek food as I used to, as the stress relief I have done, which helps me to enjoy sustainable weight loss now.
