Does your physical condition prevent you from living a life without pain? Does it prevent you from doing your work effectively? Are you stressed and uncomfortable? People who are unhealthy are more serious than those who are health problems. I know that you have heard this for a million times, but think about it: every time you walk into the boardroom, whether your current physical condition will make you lose credibility, stand on the sidelines of your child's sports event or worse. In the case, however, will the predator look at you and know that you are a mature picking sheep?
There are many advantages to the body, but the ability to deal with everyday stress in life is paramount. The Military and Law Enforcement Special Operations Team has demonstrated that the more physical conditions you have, the more you can deal with the effects of combat pressure before, during and after the threat ends. Stress can bring us terrible things. Under the pressure of confrontation, we may respond in one of three ways - fighting, escaping or freezing. Freezing is obviously the biggest problem, and if you don't respond to a deadly threat, you will definitely spend a bad day at Disneyland! Good health will give you the upper hand in the game and help you respond appropriately. Obviously, the most appropriate response to violent confrontation is to create distance.
Body conditioning involves multiple components - flexibility, strength, aerobic/anaerobic capacity, healthy eating habits and proper rest. You don't have to run 6 miles a day, lift twice a day, only eat roots and shoots. Exercise at least one hour a week for three times, including weight and flexibility training and aerobic/anaerobic activities. Combine these with healthy eating habits and you have a new fitness lifestyle. If you lack current physical skills, please contact one of your suitable friends and ask him or her how to stay in shape.
If you don't have a healthy friend, a good starting point is Crossfit©. I assure you that if you start slowly and stick to the Crossfit© concept, you will become healthy. Be sure to see a doctor and have a medical exam before taking part in a strenuous activity, especially if you are sitting for a long time. Find a certified personal trainer. Start a program slowly and continue it for the rest of your life. You will be happier and healthier.
Tomorrow's train tomorrow's battle!
