Cam Gigandet's Never Back down Workout is focused on making him lean - as muscular as possible. Although Cam does not show the "Bulked Up" physique, his appearance is completely credible for those involved in mixed martial arts.

The character's training program includes a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. He prepared for this role in just one year of intensive training. His diet includes four high-protein, low-carbohydrate diets and protein shakes to ensure he gets enough protein to build muscle.
The goal of his exercise program is to get him muscle size while reducing body fat.
His "never retreat exercise" program has the same resistance to training a muscle group every day [this is very similar to Ryan Reynolds, Brad Pitt, and Hugh Jackman training programs.] Almost all the materials I read indicate that he did 20 to 20 repetitions of each movement 30 times - this makes no sense. Doing so many repetitions will not create any real power just aerobic conditions.
Personally, I like to train a muscle group every day, which allows you to bring more strength and attention to your muscles - as well as energy. Unfortunately, Cam Gigandet doesn't seem to exercise his legs, except for all the aerobics he has to do.

If I want to design Cams training, it will include the use of free weight, some machines and resistance bands. For most people, the biggest problem is the time to go to the gym to get into this shape. However, if you have the ability to buy some good quality elastic bands, dumbbells or isotonic equidistant home gyms... you can do this type of exercise at home.
I recommend that you do 3 to 4 sets of each workout - repeat 8 to 12 times. This will build strength and muscle size. I also recommend using a superset to add more intensity to your workout.
By following this never-ending exercise with a good diet and a strong commitment, you will be able to build a thin, torn and muscular body immediately.
